If It Doesn't Work Right
We often receive complaints that the web mail system does not allow you to reply to messages or compose new messages. The web mail system uses pop-up windows for these functions. If you have Windows XP, you may need to allow pop-ups for university web sites to enable the reply and compose windows. In Internet Explorer, pull down the Tools menu and go to Pop-up Blocker. Click Pop-up Blocker Settings. Under "Address of Web site to allow", type in "txwes.edu" (without the quotes) and click the Add button. Then click the Close button.
