Professor Cady joined the faculty at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1990 (then known as the Dallas/Fort Worth School of Law). He accepted a tenured position as a professor of law with Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1995. He has prior teaching experience at Reynaldo Garza School of Law and George Mason University.
Professor Cady earned his J. D. with highest honors from George Washington University National Law Center. He holds an M.S. from Washington State University and a B.A. from the University of Omaha. He is a member of the Order of the Coif.
