The Law Library provides access to legal information resources to the faculty, students, alumni, and staff of the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. The Library's collection may also be available, with limitations, to the Texas Wesleyan University community at large, members of the bench and bar, and the general public.

Access to the Dee J. Kelly Law Library after 6:00 p.m. is limited to faculty, students, alumni, and staff of the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. These patrons must have their Texas Wesleyan University School of Law ID cards to access the Law Library. To enter the Law Library after 6:00 p.m., patrons must swipe their ID cards through the reader next to the library doors.

As a private institution, the Dee J. Kelly Law Library, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to restrict or deny service and/or access to legal information resources to any person or groups of persons, including students, faculty, the bench, bar, and general public, as it deems necessary.
